Gerrie Electric, one of Ontario’s largest independent electrical distributors has an opening for a motivated individual to join our growing team. Wireroom Warehouse This position is responsible for carrying out the specific duties of the Wireroom. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within the Wireroom. Duties and Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the receipt and put away of all incoming wire products Accurately ship outbound product Organize the wireroom and assist in maintaining an orderly environment Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory Prioritize workload and work in an efficient manner Problem solve issues that arise in collaboration with others Interface with the Gerrie branches for rushes and special requests At Gerrie Electric, we offer a culture of inspiration and challenge, a full benefits package, and continual training. Requirements: Related experience with wire and cable is required Cable cutting proficiency required Must be a team player with exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication skills required Must be computer proficient
