That depends on the economy but a good electrician can always find work even in their own business.

 apprenticesearch is front line and can take a lot of pressure off the hiring process and is  great at screening applicants for us.  For the most part apprenticesearch provides good candidates and is easy to deal with and there is always someone to talk to.  The website is customized to my needs and is a very worthwhile service as we do not have a lot of extra time when hiring.
